Skin bx. Patient with previous brest cancer and chronic lymphatic leukemia. The lady developed nodular and ulcerated skin lesions at the head, the trunk and the extremities, and the lymph node swelling of the axillary and intraabdominal lymph nodes.

Left thigh. Patient developed an indurated dermal lesion at the left thigh, clinically a dermatofibroma was suspected.

Left thigh. Patient developed a 4.5cm measuring, well circumscribedlesion in the subcutaneous tissue of the left thigh. The lesion was marginally excised, and there is no sign of local recurrence at two years.

Left shoulder. Patient reported a slowly growing, slightly painful lesion on the left shoulder. A subcutaneously located neoplasm measuring 3x3cm has been marginally excised.
