Skin bx. Patient with previous brest cancer and chronic lymphatic leukemia. The lady developed nodular and ulcerated skin lesions at the head, the trunk and the extremities, and the lymph node swelling of the axillary and intraabdominal lymph nodes.

Left thigh. Patient developed an indurated dermal lesion at the left thigh, clinically a dermatofibroma was suspected.
