Female 58 years

Previous uterine cancer - had radiotherapy. Hydronephrosis and microhaematuria. Purpuric rash on legs. Rheumatoid factor positive, weak antinuclear antibody positive. IgM raised, IgG depressed. Blood and protein in urine.
