Epigastric pain - thought to be gastritis. CT showed pancreatic abscess and gallstones. Drainage of cyst. Resection head of pancreas 3 months later.

Nausea and vomiting, epigastric Discomfort/ tenderness. CT: 5cm lesion body pancreas, endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) showed normal bile ducts but stricture tail of pancreatic duct
