Case 1

Female 63 years

Patient presented with postmenopausal bleeding. MRI scan showed a left adnexal mass. (Slide 269723) uterine section (Slide 269724) adnexal mass





Case 2

Female 39 years

Patient presented with pelvic discomfort. Large left ovarian cyst found on scan with increased CA125 and ascites. Cyst measures 80 x 60 x 50mm.

Large right ovarian mass. Predominantly solid but numerous multiloculated cysts with walls of variable thickness. A fallopian tube was identified 4mm in length including fimbrial end stretched over the surface.
