Post menopausal bleeding. Parasitic fibroid right pelvic side wall.

Myomectomy. Several fibroids upto 13cm in diameter.

Female 45 years

Hysterectomy for menorrhagia and fibroids. The uterine wall contained a single fibroid 14cm in diameter which was partly haemorrhagic.

PV bleeding. Polyp removed (2.7cm in maximum dimension).

Post menopausal bleeding. Previously diagnosed grade 2 endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium. Several fibroids present upto 5cm in diameter.

Pelvic mass. A fibroid mass biopsied (myomectomy) and was upto 16cm in diameter.

Menorrhagia. Vaginal hysterectomy. The myometrium contained a pale brown nodule 1.6cm in diameter.
