Polypoidal mass at the D-J flexture with normal surrounding duodenal jejunal mucosa.
Case 2
Female 60 years
Renal pelvic tumour. Abdominal lymph node.

Enlarged groin lymph node.
Case 4
Female 36 years
Bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy and lesion base of tongue. Biopsy from the latter. FISH has shown IGH- MYC, BCL2 and BCL6 rearrangements.

Unwell. Omental lesions. Abdominal nodule.

Perforated bowel. NET present, but an ulcerated anaplastic focus is also noted.
