Lesion left mastoid likely BCC and lymph node from edge of excision. History of B-CLL.
Case 2

Nodule right auricular.

Smooth painless lesions on both shins for 5 months.

Known meyloid neoplasm with purplish skin nodules.

Purple plaques on trunk and arms. ?leukaemia cutis.

Male 60 years
Skin nodule in the occipital area.
Case 7

Papullar erythematous lesions. the residual lesions on the left neck have subsided.

Ulcerated nodules and enlarged regional node.
