Female, 25 years old-
Clinical details:
Tumour of the palate was noticed one year ago. It was about 1 x 0.5cm, firm and regular, and was situated in the right posterior quadrant of the palate, adjacent to but not continuous with the gum margin. The overlying mucosa was normal. The tumour was incompletely removed. -
Diagnosis:
Mixed salivary tumour with low grade malignancy, prone to recurrence with inadequate removal. - System:
