  • Female, 82 years old
  • Clinical details:
    Mastectomy was performed for ? carcinoma. When the tumour was excised it was found to contain blood. Follow up:- Two years after excision of the primary tumour she had recurrent haemorrhagic tumour nodules in the scar and zygoma. She died 3 years & 9 months after the first operation from metastases. A fibrous breast containing a haemorrhagic- looking brown tumour 2.5 cm. in diameter.

    Malignant haemangioma.
