  • Male, 31 years old
  • Clinical details:
    A transient attack of haematuria two years before death and later enlarging abdominal tumour, enlarged liver and a mass in the groin. Necropsy: Tumour, 141b. replacing right kidney with multiple metastases in liver and lungs, and a metastasis in the pubic bone.
  • Diagnosis:
    Nephroblastoma partly spindle-cell and diffuse and partly tubular in structure an extreme rarity in an adult.
