Presented with periorbital cellulitis, EBV viraemia and thrombocytopenia. Hb 150 g/l, MCV 90.1 WBC 11.2 x10-9, Plt 48 x10-9.

Presented with Hb 87g/l, WCC 9.9 x10-9, neuts 6.31 x10-9, lymphocytes 1.53 x10-9, monocytes 0.34 x10-9, eosinophils 1.7 x10-9, platelets 128 x10-9.

Male 39 years

Presenting with pancytopenia infection and skin lesions. Hb 71g/L, WCC 1.7 x10^9/L, Neutrophils 0.6x10^9/L, Lymphocytes 0.9x10^9/L, Plt 43 x10^9/L.

Presented with Hb 145 g/L , MCV 82. WCC 10.9 x 10^9/L.

Gender unknown 6 years

History of food allergies presenting with eosinophila and cardiac toxicity. Hb 87g/L, platelets 77x10⁹/L, WBC 346x10⁹/L eosinophils 270 x10⁹/L.

A background of psoriatic arthritis was treated with DMARDs and biologics presented with Hb 100g/L, MCV 102, RDW 17, platelets 102 x 10⁹/L WCC 6 x 10⁹/L, Neutrophils 4.53 x 10⁹/L, with NRBC 5.5/100.
