Specimen: Right transinguinal orchidectomy.

Macro: Multilobulated soft to firm cream tumour with focal hemorrhagic areas 5.4 x 5.5 x 3.5cm. Appears confined to testis.

Immunohistochemistry:
C-kit provided. Oct4, CD30, MNF116 and PLAP negative.

Macro: Multiple fragments of light brown tissue together weighing 0.5g, in aggregate measuring 15 x 15 x 3mm. AE in A1.

?Left testicular cancer. Tumour markers sent. 2cm lump on ultrasound.



Specimen: Testis.

Macro: Testis weighs 50g. Testis including spermatic cord measures 110 x 40 x 30mm. The testis itself measures 38 x 30 x 30mm with attached spermatic cord 60 x 20 x 15mm. Within the mid portion of the testis is a very well circumscribed mixed cystic/solid cream-coloured lesion measuring 18 x 16 mm.

Male 53 years

8mm non-changing but vascular left testicular lesion on U/S. ? tumour.



Specimen: Left testis.

Macro: Testis with spermatic cord, 90mm long. The testis, 50x35x35mm, is surrounded by a small hydrocoele with smooth tunica vaginalis. On slicing, there is a parahilar tumour, 7mm in diameter which has a solid dark brown cut surface and is confined to the testis.

Solid bladder tumour.



Specimen: TURBT.

Macro: BLADDER TUMOUR | Multiple fragments of brown tissue together weighing 4g and in aggregate | measuring 45 x 45 x 5mm. AE in A1-A2.

Immunohistochemistry:
The tumour cells are immunoreactive for S100, CD56, Chromogranin and Synaptophysin whilst they are negative for CK7 AND CK20.

Specimen: Right partial nephrectomy.

Macro: 77g partial nephrectomy, 4 x 2.5 x 2cm. Parenchymal margin inked black. On sectioning 1.4cm circumscribed whitish tumour, 0.2cm from the nearest parenchymal margin.

Bladder tumour and mesenteric nodules.



Specimen: Palliative cystoprostatectomy.

Macro: The bladder wall is thickened by firm pale tumour up to a thickness of approximately 25 mm. Firm irregular tumour extends into surrounding fatty tissue at the anterosuperior aspect of the specimen for a distance of up to 45 mm.

CK7+, CK20-, EMA+, E-cadherin+
