Specimen: Laparoscopic right radical nephrectomy.

Macro: 50 mm lower pole tumour abutting renal sinus fat and renal capsule. Tumour well circumscribed, solid, and friable, tan in colour. No central scar. Focal haemorrhage, but no large necrotic areas.

Specimen: Left partial nephrectomy.

Macro: Partial nephrectomy 65 (med/lat) x 37 (sup/inf) x 40 mm (ant/post). Perirenal fat stripped off by clinicians + clear. Tumour 30 x 30 x 37 mm, well circumscribed 6 mm from resection margin. Capsule attached to perirenal fat piece and clear rep section of tumour, but capsule stripped off weighing 120g.

Paraplegic. Bladder tumour.



Specimen: Bladder tumour. Radical cystoprostatectomy.

Macro: On slicing the bladder reveals an infiltrative growing solid white tumour mass on the anterior wall (3.1 x 2.2 cm with a max thickness of 1.8 mm) invading through the entire thickness of the wall into the narrow anterior perivesical fatty tissue; anterior margin is 3 mm away. Tumour was extravesicle.

Immunohistochemistry:
Lymphoid cells CD23 negative.

Synaptophysin and chromogranin A strongly positive. S100 positive around tumour nests. AE1/3, CAM 5.2, 34 betaE12, CK7, CK20, PSA and PSAP negative.

Ulcerated lesion involving proximal glans and penile shaft. Bilateral enlarged groin lymph nodes.



Specimen: Radical Penectomy.

Macro: Radical Penectomy. Circumferential ulcerated and indurated area surrounding distal penis and part of glans, mainly corona. Patient already circumcised. Corporal heads and urethra normal and well away from lesion. Lymph nodes contained macroscopic tumour.
