Immunohistochemistry:
OCT3/4 &PLAP positive; CD30 negative.



Specimen: Left radical orchidectomy.

Macro: Two nodules of solid white tumour in testis, each 12mms max. No haemorrhage or necrosis. Both appear confined to the testis.

Bladder tumour.

Immunohistochemistry:
Spindle cells are positive for p63 and focally positive for alpha-SMA. They are negative for MNF116, AE1/3, 34βE12, CK7, CK20, S100, desmin, myogenin and h-caldesmon. Multinucleate giant cells are positive for CD68. hCG is negative. Surface epithelial elements positive for p63 and cytokeratins.



Specimen: TURBT.

Macro: Multiple chippings.

Left testicular tumour.



Specimen: Left orchidectomy.

Macro: Testis expanded by a nodular mass 47mm diameter with a solid cream cut surface. Immunohistochemistry: CD43, CD20, CD79a, LCA, BCL-2 positive. CD5 weak, uniform in larger cells. Cyclin D-1 positive in most larger cells. CD23, CD30, CD10 negative.

Right nephrectomy 2 years ago for Fuhrman2, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, stage pT3b. Follow up scan revealed three discrete lesions in pancreas (one in head, one in body and third in tail).



Specimen: Pancreatic resection.

Macro: Total pancrectomy, and attached 55mm loop of duodenum. On serial sectioning of pancreas three discrete nodules up to 21mm in maximum. Each having a variegated cut surface with areas of haemorrhage and tan tumour.
