Immunohistochemistry:
Thyroglobulin and TTF-1 Negative, Cytokeratin positive cells lining cystic areas. Remaining tumour vimentin positive and inhibin positive.



Specimen: Testis.

Macro: Cut section showed firm yellow area with gelatinous foci 30mm in diameter.

Macro: Majority of testis replaced by tumour measuring 85x45mm. Cystic and haemorrhagic areas noted.

Right kidney space occupying lesion.

Immunohistochemistry:
tumour cells strongly positive CD10, cytokeratin (Cam 5.2), CK7, CK19 (patchy) and vimentin (patchy). High mol weight CK (34BE12) is negative.



Specimen: Nephron sparing surgical excision of renal tumour.

Macro: Renal parenchyma measuring 40x30x15mm bearing a nodular tumour mass measuring 50x45x30mm with attached fibrofatty tissue measuring 90x30x10mm free of tumour. Weighs 92 grams. On slicing the tumour has pale yellow brown friable cut surface with areas of necrosis and haemorrhage. The capsule overlying the tumour is thin but appears intact. The nearest renal parencymal margin is 5mm from the tumour.

FOR EDUCATION AND INTEREST ONLY. Biopsy of bladder base, and red area ?CIS. H/o Gleason 4+5. Metastic prostate ca, ESRF on dialysis.

Immunohistochemistry:
strongly positive - PSA, AMACR and CD57. Negative - thrombomodulin, P63, 34BE12,CK5/6, CK7 and CK20.



Specimen: TURBT.

Macro: Multiple pieces of pale tan and white tissue, together measuring 2.5x2.0x0. 4cm. Some of the pieces appear to be quite fragile. All embedded.
