Painful left scrotal mass. ?Cyst. Immunocytochemistry showed strong reactivity for keratin (AE1/AE3) and Calretinin. CEA and CD34 were negative.



Specimen: Left epididymal cyst.

Macro: Pale, firm solid nodule measuring 12 x 10 x 6mm with no cystic component on serial section. The cut surface was homogenous and pale.

CK7 negative. EMA positive. Vimentin positive. LeuM1 (CD15) negative. CD10 +/-

Presented with vague left testicular dull ache and swelling. Scrotal USS - multiloculat lesion lower pole left testis. Left radical orchidectomy done.



Specimen: Left testis.

Macro: Testis, weight 36g measuring 45 x 35 x 30mm, spermatic cord 60 x 25 x 20mm, epidydmis 50 x 20 x 20mm. Tumour found in lower half of testicular parenchyma, grey white, multinodular with ill-defined borders measuring 28 x 20 x 20mm.

FOR EDUCATION/INTEREST ONLY. Known bladder Ca in past (G3, pTa), CT scan showed an 84mm mass in right kidney along with a well circumscribed 15mm lesion in adrenal gland. ?Met. Renal tumour is type II papillary renal cell carcinoma, Fuhrman grade 3, stage pT2.

Immunohistochemistry:
None.



Specimen: Adrenal gland.

Macro: Adrenal mass, pale brown and glistening on section.
