Specimen: Incisional biopsy.

Male 73 years

Recurrent lesion left thigh (leiomyoma) excised 2010 by GP. Reported as incomplete.

Specimen: Skin excision left thigh.

Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin 55x30x5mm nodular lesion on surface 15x12mm.

Immunohistochemistry:
SMA+ , Desmin +, Factor XIIIa negative, S100 negative.

Male 91 years

Spontaneous appearance of three lesions on chest, arm and buttock. Increasing in size 2x3cm, ?cause ?skin metastasis.

Specimen: Incision biopsy left upper arm.

Macroscopic description:
Skin biopsy 7x3x3mm.

Immunohistochemistry:
Positive for CD45, CD56, CD4, TdT, CD123, CD2 (focally), CD7 (very weakly). Negative for CD15, MPO, lysozyme, KP1, PgM1, CD57, CD8, CD34, S100, AE1/3, CK20, TTF-1 CD79a and CK20. Also negative for EBER in situ hybridization.

Male 60 years

Nodule present for several months on left upper cutaneous aspect of lip. ?BCC.

Specimen: Excision.

Macroscopic description:
An ellipse of skin bearing a white nodule measuring 0.6cm.

Female 41 years

Multiple erythematous papules/plaques with some scaling - forehead, scalp, chest ?cutaneous lupus, ?Psoriasis ?Jessner's ?Granulomatous.

Specimen: Skin punch biopsy, chest.

Female 52 years

Blistering rash with mucosal involvement, facial swelling, targetoid lesions, newly treated with Fluconazole.

Specimen: Punch biopsy - chest.

Macroscopic description:
A punch biopsy of skin measuring 8x4mm. Direct tissue IMF - no deposition of immunoglobulins or C3 in the basement membrane zone or in the epidermis.

Female 59 years

Initially eroded and crusted, now partially healed with induration. Family history of similar rash. IMF - no immunoglobulin or complement deposition identified.

Specimen: Inflammatory rash in axillae and groin.

Male 21 years

Biopsy of an indurated ulcer on elbow. Travelled to Mexico last year.

Specimen: Elbow.

Female 76 years

Erythematous nodular non-pigmented lesion ?Amelanotic Melanoma ?Seborrheoic Keratosis ?Bowens.

Specimen: Skin excision , right sole of foot.

Macroscopic description:
Right foot - cream ellipse of skin measuring 17x8x4mm. The surface bears a pigmented plaque measuring 7mm maximum dimension. Lesion all sampled.

Specimen: Middle finger - Right glomus tumour from middle finger.

Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin 16x5.2mm with underlying firm nodule, 10x6x9mm.

Immunohistochemistry:
CD34+, CD10+, S100, caldesmon, EMA and CD99 negative.
