Macroscopic description:
An ellipse of skin measuring 27x7x8mm. Bisected longitudinally.

Immunohistochemistry:
CK7, ER and GCDFP15 positive.

Female 15 years

?Sebaceous cyst, ?pilomatrixoma.

Specimen: Skin ellipse, left submandibular.

Macroscopic description:
An ellipse of skin measuring 14x10x15mm. Underneath the skin a firm nodule is identified. The nodule reaches to one edge of the ellipse. The nodule measures 25x15x10mm and is filled with white cream firm tissue.

Immunohistochemistry:
None.

Male 19 years

Reddish brown birth mark on left lower leg. ?ILVEN ?Epidermal naevus.

Specimen: Skin incisional biopsy left calf.

Macroscopic description:
A skin ellipse 11x4x1mm.

Immunohistochemistry:
Perl's positive in skin pigment.

Unusual herpetic rash, ?Lupus, ?Subcorneal pustular dermatosis, ?Flagel's disease.

Specimen: Skin excision specimen.

Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin 14 x 5 x 2mm with two areas of crusting 5 and 3mm, immediately next to each other.

Immunohistochemistry:
None.

Brown crusty lesion - likely SCC.

Specimen: Skin lesion vertex of scalp.

Macroscopic description:
skin ellipse 40x38x7mm. A slightly raised pale lesion on the surface meas 23x15mm. Deep surface is irregular.

Immunohistochemistry:
The spindled cells stain with SMA and Fact XIII but are negative with CD31, CD34, S100, MNF116, CK5/6, p63 and Melan A.

Male 56 years

White thickened scar-like plaque 20x15mm upper back, 8mm punch out of centre ?scar ?BCC.

Specimen: 8mm punch biopsy upper back.

Macroscopic description:
Upper back 8mm punch biopsy. The specimen comprises of 8x8x6mm Bisected.

Pruritic discrete keratotic erythematous papules and some vesicle like lesions. ?Blister ?herpetic vesicles.

Direct immunofluorescence is negative.

Creatinine 133, FBC shows eosinophilia.
