Macroscopic description:
Part of a skin ellipse 10x6x5mm bearing a smooth intact blister 6x4x2mm. Direct immunofluorescence showed intercellular positivity with IgG and C3 in the epidermis. IgM and IgA negative.

Left lid excision. White nodular lesion ?Sebaceous Carcinoma. Specimen received consists of a wedge of skin. The specimen measures 11mm x 17mm x 5mm in depth. The surface bears a well circumscribed white nodule measuring 11mm x 9mm x up to 3mm. Tumour cells positive for Androgen receptor and patchily for EMA while being negative for CEA.

Punch biopsy right leg. Clinical Diagnosis of TEN. 48 year old with HIV+ and TEN. Started same time as Isoniazid started, approximately 7 days ago. Body surface area affected >95% - only areas that are not denuded are finger tips and soles of feet.

Macroscopic description:
Punch biopsy of skin measuring 5mm in diameter x 5mm deep. Bisected and AE in A1. Frozen section sent showed only keratinous debris.
