Disc of skin 40mm diameter and 7mm thick, with a nodule 35x30x20mm.

Immunohistochemistry:
Cam5.2, MNF116= Focal positive. EMA, CD10, vimentin=strong positive. RCC marker= focal positive. Negative= AE1/AE3, CK7, CK20, CK5, p63, 34betaE12, S100.

Immunohistochemistry:
SMA+ caldesmon+ Desmin patchy+ S100 -ve

? Linear IgA disease ? Lupus ? Bullous pemphigoid. Skin ellipse 12x4x7mm.

Specimen: Incisional biopsy.

Immunohistochemistry:
Immunoflourescence shows strong positive linear staining for IgA at the basement membrane.

Atypical pigmented cystic lesion.

Specimen: Excision lesion- Right Back.

Macroscopic description:
EOS 13x15mm with an underlying cystic lesion upto 10mm in diameter. On sectioning a multilocular cyst containing brown fluid is seen.

Macroscopic description:
Skin ellipse 25x17x8mm.

Immunohistochemistry:
ZN and fungal stains negative.
