Specimen: Skin of right side of neck, punch biopsy.

Macroscopic description:
4mm skin punch biopsy.

Skin ellipse 16x14mm bearing an irregular pale area 8mm diameter.

Specimen: Skin - Excison lesion Left groin.

Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin measuring 60x40mm with underlying tissue to a depth of 3mm. The surface bears an ill-defined, slightly nodular area measuring 22x17mm which lies 8mm from the closest margin.

Immunohistochemistry:
CK7+ve; Focal positivity for GCDFP15 and ER. HER2 -2+. S100, HMB45, PSA, CDX2, TTF1, CK20 all negative.
