Triangular piece of skin 6mm diameter to a depth of 10mm bisected.

Immunohistochemistry:
Positive for CD79a, CD20, CD10, CD34, TdT. Negative for CD2, CD3 and CD117.

Skin lesion from back ??melanoma. Clinic letters actually say an area of thickening with hair loss and depigmentation, possible underlying epidermal cyst.

Specimen: Excision.

Macroscopic description:
A large ellipse of skin 75x33x25mm with a central area of depigmentation 37x25mm surrounded by slightly reddish periphery. Cut section shows no obvious abnormality.
