Education and interest. A warty plaque on the left upper arm present for 30 years. Within the plaque a nodular lesion appeared over the course of a year and clinically this was thought to be pyogenic granuloma. A biopsy was performed in 2008. The lesion recurred in 2010 with a nodular tumour (slide from the recurrent tumour).
