An ellipse of skin 20x12x10mm deep. The dermis contains a well circumscribed grey lesion, 7.5mm in diameter.

Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin measuring 20x5x9mm. In the centre there is a cream coloured nodule measuring 7mm in maximum diameter.

Benign scrotal skin cyst present 2 years.

Macroscopic description:
Skin disc, 8mm diameter, 1mm depth, with pale nodule 8mm diameter on surface. Uniform pale cut surface.

An ellipse of skin 7x3x7mm. Embedded whole. 1ATPT.

PAS staining negative.

Female 15 years

Fibrous nodule of the scalp, growing.

Specimen: Excision of fibrous nodule left side scalp.

Macroscopic description:
Unoriented ellipse of skin 38 x 20 x 5 mm with a well-defined pale raised lesion 23 x 20 x 8 mm. One representative section.

Immunohistochemistry:
Positive for S100, CD68 and inhibin, while being negative for pancytokeratin, EMA, Desmin, HMB 45 and Melan A. PAS -positive cytoplasmic granules present.

Female 76 years

Rash for 6 weeks after starting Bendroflumethiazide. Lesions started on cheeks and now involving upper arms, hairline, V of neck and posterior neck. Papular and became macular/plaque-like. No itch. Left upper arm lesion is annular.

Specimen: 6mm punch biopsy - left arm.

Macroscopic description:
6mm punch biopsy.

Immunohistochemistry:
Anti Ro antibodies positive. Anti La antibodies positive. Anti Jo-1 negative. Anti SM negative. Anti DS-DNA negative.

Skin ellipse measuring 35x26x20mm with a pale firm nodule.

Skin ellipse measuring 25x8x3mm with an irregular pigmented lesion measuring 6x6mm which is 2mm away from nearest margin.

Melan A and PRAME provided.
