Immunohistochemistry:
CD8+, TIA+, granzyme B+, lymphocytes with fewer CD4+ lymphocytes. CD30 and CD56 are negative. EBER is negative. Clonal TCR beta chain rearrangements (V-J1+2 and V-J2) detected by multiplex PCR. No rearrangements of TCR gamma or delta chains were detected.
