3mm papule right ear. ?BCC.

Male 41 years

Left flank. Blue black lesion left flank. Clinically suspicious with satelite lesions adjacent to and deep to main lesion. Disc 22mm x 12mm thick. 7mm raised smooth black nodule centrally placed with a 1mm macule at the edge. Specimen previously incised to reveal a 4mm spot in the subcutaneous fat, well away from the main lesion. ?cellular blue naevus with satellitosis?
