Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin 40 x 21 x 15 mm with a central raised tan lesion 15 x 14 x 3.5 mm.

IHC staining details: Positive for SMA and h-caldesmon, with focal staining for desmin. Negative for S100, SOX 10, and AE1/3.

Skin ellipse 20 x 15 mm, bearing a dermal and subcutaneous nodule 15 x 9 x 17 mm, with a fleshy whitish tan cut surface.

IHC staining details: Positive for CD34; negative for S100, and STAT6.

Large left chest wall mass involving soft tissue and ribs. Core biopsy.



Macroscopic description:
A single core 12 mm in length.

IHC details: MUC4 positive. Epithelial, melanocytic, mesothelial and muscle markers are all negative. NGS analysis detected EWSR1::CREB3L1 fusion.

Multiple lesions left lower back, excised.



Macroscopic description:
An ellipse of skin bearing multiple skin covered nodules, the largest 21 mm in maximum dimension.

IHC staining details: None done.

Left axillary irregular mass, probably carcinoma. Imaging score 5. Has invasive ductal carcinoma in right breast. Left axillary mass core biopsy.



Macroscopic description:
A single core 23 mm in length plus fragment.

IHC details: S100 positive. Negative for Melan-A, SMA, CK 8/18, ER and AE1/3.

Male 48 years

Penile lesion -?looks like thrombosed vein. No evidence of corpus involvement . Excision.



Macroscopic description:
Irregular piece of tissue measuring 10 x 8 x 6 mm.

IHC details: Positive for CD31, ERG and FOSB. Negative for CAMTA1.
