4 cores of cream tissue, 13, 12, 10 and 5 mm plus fragments. IHC details: Negative for AE 1/3, CD34, desmin, SMA, ERG, S100, SOX10,and STAT6, with loss of expression of H3K27me3.

Female 66 years

Several months history of palpable mass within subcutaneous fat, right medial thigh. Pigmented anteriorly like melanoma met/ MM in lymph node? No history of previous skin lesions or other masses.? Sarcoma ? PNST.



Macroscopic description:
Well-defined piece of tissue 12 mm in maximum dimension. IHC details: Diffusely and uniformly positive for p63. Negative for AE 1/3, EMA, S-100, CD34, SMA, and desmin. EWSR1::NR4A3 fusion detected.

Male 60 years

Irregular haemorrhagic nodule for 3 months, right thigh, excision. ? Pyogenic granuloma ?Amelanotic melanoma.



Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin with a central, well defined, pale white and grey, firm lesion 15 x 8 x 4 mm. IHC details: HHV 8 positive.
