IHC details: Positive for caldesmon, SMA, cathepsin-K and desmin, with associated pathcy staining for HMB45 and melan-A. Negative for S100.

Large Lt thigh mass with associated Lt groin lymph node metastases. Core bx of mass.



Macroscopic description:
2 Cores of soft tissue.

IHC details: Negative for CD99, desmin, S100, SMA, AE1/3, and CD45 with retention of INI-1 expression.

FISH studies: No NR4A3 gene rearrangement.

NGS analysis: MEAF6::PHF1 fusion detected.

Macroscopic description:
Skin with underlying subcutaneous tissue, bearing a nodular subcutaneous lesion measuring 25 x 10 mm. No obvious cyst is identified.

IHC details: Positive for SMA and calponin. Negative for desmin, MNF116, S100, and CD34.

Male 57 years

Lesion left occiput/neck ?neurofibroma. Excision.



Macroscopic description:
Hair bearing skin with an underlying subcutaneous nodular mucoid/gelatinous mass measuring 35 x 25 mm.

IHC details: Positive for CD34 and AR with associated loss of RB1 expression. Negative for SMA, desmin, S100 MUC4 and STAT6.
