4 week history of painless jaundice. Bili12umol/L, ALT 40iu/L, AP 349iu/L, alb 41g/l, GGT 498ui/L, negative for HBV, HCV,. Immunology: ANA 160, other serology negative (AMA, LKM etc.) IgG 23.4g/L (6-13) IgA 8.73g/L (0.8-3)
