An ellipse of skin measured with underlying cartilage with marker stitch superior with a central exophytic nodule measuring 22 mm presumed medial to lateral, 12 mm superior inferior and 26 mm superficial deep. Ellipse of skin 21 x 11 mm x 6 mm deep, bearing a nodular lesion 11 mm in maximum dimension.

Immunohistochemistry:
Diffuse strong expression of CK 7 and EMA. There is focal luminal expression of CEA and widespread abluminal expression of p40 and p63. There is no significant expression of CK20, calponin, SMA, S100, CD117, oestrogen receptor, CDX 2 or TTF-1.
