Fluctuant lesion below mucosa - ? mucocele/fatty lesion - 11-month history of raised lesion right lower lip - Drained clear fluid and reduced in size in September 2022, however re-developed.

Specimen: Lower right lip excisional biopsy.

Macroscopic description:
Pot is labelled "Right lower lip lesion" - Received is an ellipse of mucosa measuring approximately 10 x 5 mm beneath which lies a cream-coloured cystic structure measuring 20 x 12 x 9 mm. On slicing the cyst contains mucoid material. Bisected, tissue all embedded.
