Complaining of a strange pressure feeling right maxilla. Radiolucency from central incisor to second premolar, all teeth vital. MH nil relevant.

Pigmented lesion noticed by GDP last appointment. Adjacent to heavily restored tooth. History of melanoma left and right thigh.

Specimen: Excisional biopsy left buccal mucosa.

Macroscopic description:
Pigmented mucosal ellipse of 5 mm.
