Known right level III-IV proven mets (renal cell carcinoma) U3 Thy 3Fright thyroid nodule. - Right thyroid measuring 44 x 29 x 30mm, with attached brown tissue ? muscle measuring 32 x 16 x 5mm. Tracheal margin inked red, remainder inked black. Slicing reveals yellowish nodule measuring 32 x 24 x 24mm, which abuts the peripheral margin and is within 2mm of the tracheal margin.

Female 35 years

Right ovary. Prev R ectopic. Distended R ovary, mobile RIF pain. Disrupted ovary measuring 37 x 30 x 34mm. The ovarian parenchyma is completely replaced by cystic structure containing pale yellow gelatinous material.

Left Thyroid. Thyroid 37 x 17 x 12mm, 4.4g. Tracheal aspect orange, isthmus margin = black. Remainder = blue. Cut surface shows well-defined brown and cream nodule 13 x 10 x 14mm.

Non-functional left adrenal tumour ?ACC. Nodular mass 170mm IME, 1.7Kg. Cut surface solid and white with focal necrosis. Adrenal gland appears separate.
