Previous left lobectomy for benign disease 15 years back. Now THY3a nodule in right thyroid lobe. Right hemithyroidectomy - 30 x 28mm circumscribed white nodule. Background thyroid shows a few goitous nodules. Other relevant immunohistochemistry: Negative for Calitonin, CEA, CD34, SMA, Desmin and S-100 protein.
