Short history of expressive and receptive dysphasia. Left temporal lesion. IDH seq shows NO mutation.

Progressively worsening lower limb weakness for the past 4-5 months. Some proximal upper limb weakness. Generalised aches arms and legs. EMG shows mixed neuropathy and myopathy.
