Female 39 years

Left sides weakness. Imaging showed a large extra axial parasagittal space occupying lesion. Very vascular. Methylation analysis: The DNA methylation v12.8 classifier has classified the tumour as meningioma, benign. The chromosome copy number profile, derived from the Illumina array data, shows loss of chromosome 1p, but no evidence of chromosome 6q or 14q loss. The CDKN2A/B locus shows no evidence of deletion. IN addition there is chromosome 2p, 3p, 7p and 22q loss. No evidence of TERT mutation.
