MCV 86.7fl MCH 28.0 Pg Neuts 8.0 x10^9/l Lymphs 1.3 x10^9/l Monos 0.5 x10^9/l Eos 0.3 x10^9/l Basos 0.1 x10^9/l.
BM ASPIRATE: Suboptimal hypoparticulate marrow sample. Leukoerythroblastic blood film with tear drops. Dyserythropoesis. Megakaryopoesis increased. ME ratio 1.3:1.
