Thoracic. Silica exposure ++. On Mediastinoscopy Silica Nodes. Fused middle lobe. No Horizontal fissure, Lobectomy. Probable Anthracosis/Silicosis. Doubt cancer.

Macroscopic description:
The upper lobe of a right lung containing a firm ill-defined dark tumour, 60 x 40 x 30mm, towards the apex underlying fibrosed pleura.

Urology. Ultrasound confirmed testicular tumour with raised AFP.

Macroscopic description:
Testis measuring 5.0 x 3.8 x 3.5cms with a 7.0cm length of cord weighing 74g. The testis contains a variegated cystic and focally necrotic tumour measuring 4.4 x 3.3cms which appears to invade the epididymis and lower cord.
