Macroscopic description:
The left ovary measures 20 x 25 x 13mm and contains a tan firm well circumscribed nodule onf the surface measuring 12mm in maximum dimennsion.

Mobile lump in right breast's upper outer quadrant, 6cm in diameter, confirmed on mammography and ultrasound.

Macroscopic description:
Orientated lumpectomy of breast, 93g, measuring 7 x 4 x 4cm, containing a multilobulated nodule, 6cm in it’s maximum dimension, with a white whorled appearance associated with some haemorrhage.

Macroscopic description:
Testis measuring 60 x 45 x 28mm including spermatic cord measuring 40 x 10mm. Cut surface revealed a soft brown necrotic tumour 45 x 35 x 20mm with well defined margins. Tumour shows areas of haemorrhage and cystic degeneration.

Spontaneous haemorrage into right kidney. Fat noted on pre-op CT. Tumour positive for MELAN-A, negative for HMB45.

Macroscopic description:
42mm cauliflower-like tumour in upper pole of right kidney, ruptured at superior aspect.

Uterus and cervix 80 x 40 x 70mm. On slicing there is a large intramural fibroid 45 x 40 x 40mm which is well circumscribed and yellowish in colour.

Papillomatous lesion in right gluteal region. Immunohistochemical profile - AE/AE3+, CK20+, CD56+, CK7-, S100-, HMB45-, CD45-. Proliferative index of 70% on Ki67.

Macroscopic description:
Skin ellipse, 9cm long x 4cm wide, with subcutis 2cm thick, which contains a lobulated nodular lesion, 5cm in maximum dimension.

?Renal cell carcinoma. Part of the tumour is positive for CK7 and 34β12. The remainder is positive for CAM5.2, vimentin and EMA.

Macroscopic description:
Right nephrectomy specimen with a partly necrotic tumour 75 x 65 x 60mm involving the lower two thirds.
