Macroscopic description:
Right nephrectomy 432.0g with perinephric fat 13.5 x 10.0 x 4.0cm, containing a yellowish brown encapsulated tumour 4.0 x 4.0cm with central fibrosis. 4cm of ureter included.

Numerous irregular nodules, pieces up to 25mm.

Two mucosal fragments, the largest 0.3cm across.

Lump right parotid with adjacent neck lumps, ?lymphoma, ?dual pathology.

Macroscopic description:
Salivary gland 58 x 45 x 25mm containing a centrally cystic, reddish-brown nodule 17mm diameter with multiple smaller cream/brown nodules in background. The main nodule is not represented in the slide but has a similar pathology.

Specimen: Right superficial parotid gland.
