Uterus 94mm x 45mm x 32 mm. The endometrium us up to 7mm thick and friable.

Presented with weight loss and anaemia. Endoscopy showed small ulcer - biopsied and findings resulted in resections.

Total gastectomy - thickened wall with slightly nodular mucosa in body.
