Macroscopic description:
Left ovary measures 3 x 2 x 2cm and withing it is a circumscribed creamy nodule 1cm diameter. Fallopian tube normal.

Specimen: Left ovary and tube.

Macroscopic description:
Subtotal hysterectomy 9 x 7.5 x 4.5cms. Ill defined whorled areas in myometrium? adenomyosis. Also small fibroids.

Small bowel intussisception and obstruction secondary to proximal jejunal tumour.

Macroscopic description:
19cm of small bowel with polypoidal tumour 6 x 5 x 2cm with ulcerated surface. Well circumscribed at its base.

Specimen: Jejunal resection.

Special stains: positive for CD117 and CD34

Slow growing nodule on left side. No special stains performed.

Macroscopic description:
Skin ellipse 20 x 10 x 7mm with an irregular indurated centre. The dermis contains a pale tumour.

Specimen: Skin biopsy from leg.

Painful lump on DIPJ, increasing in size.

Macroscopic description:
Distal toe 2.5cm in length.

Specimen: Toe

Anaemia, ODG showed gastric polyps.

Macroscopic description:
Three mucosal biopsies up to 0.3cm.
