Special stains: Strongly positive for CD34, CD117 and vimentin, weakly positive for bcl-2. Negative for cytokeratin, SMA, desmin and S100

Macroscopic description:
Ellipse of skin 15 x 7 x 5mm bearing a raised reddish-brown lesion 5mm diameter.

Specimen: Skin.

Special stains: Positive for bcl-2, NSE + CK20, pathcy positivity for EMA and chrmagrainin

?Sweat gland tumour of the lip.

Macroscopic description:
Piece of greyish-white elastic tissue, 8mm.

Macroscopic description:
Left kidney measuring 12 x 12 x 10cm which contains a multilocular cystic 12 x 6 x 6cm. The cysts are of varying size and contain yellow stained fluid. No solid or necrotic areas are seen.

Macroscopic description:
1cm bulbous expansion at isthmic end of fallopian tube.

Ulcerated tumour 5 x 4 x 3.5cm situated in caecal pole, invading pericolic fat.

Macroscopic description:
Right thyroid 42gms. 70 x 35 x 35mm. Multiple nodules well circumscribed variegated reddish brown appearance.

Left testicular mass ?tumour.

Macroscopic description:
Testis weighing 390gms and measuring 13 x 7 x 5cm. On slicing the entire testicular tissue is replaced by nodular grey tissue.

Cystic tumour in head of pancreas.

Macroscopic description:
Tumour 3.9 x 2.8 x 2.5cm. Countless small watery cysts (0.2-0.4cm) and a few larger ones (max. 2cm).
