Macroscopic description:
6cm tumour involving upper pole of left kidney, invading capsule.

Swelling lower lip. Biopsy from lower lip - Irregular piece of tissue 1.2cm in maximum extent.

Lump developed in skin on back. Skin biopsy - Ellipse of skin 0.8 x 0.4cm with a mottled surface.

Molar pregnancy March 2003. Now PV bleeding - evacuation of uterus. Endometrial Currettings - Fragments of haemorrhagic grey brown tissue - no villous fragments seen.

Pruritis vulvae. Vulval Biopsies - Three punch biopsies.

Right ovarian complex mass. Right Ovary - Multinodular, cystic ovary. Nodular area firm and fibrous. Cystic area shows no papillary projections.

? Malignant ulceration. Gastric Biopsy - Pale tissue fragments - five in all.

Slowly growing lump right forearm. Soft tissue nodule - a nodule 1.2cm in diameter.

Investigation for chest infection. Carcinoma of thyroid in 1975. Immunocytochemistry, + CD34, - cytokeratin, CD31. Pleural tumour resection - tumour 15 x 10 x 8cm weighing 474g, attached to visceral pleura of left lower pulmonary lobe by narrow pedicle. Smooth exteral surface. Nodular tan cut surface. No secrosis.
