Male 78 years

Previous TCC of bladder. Check cystoscopy showed papillary appearance of prostatic urethra. Urethral Biopsy - two fragments up to 0.4cms.

Female 37 years

Menorrhagia. Was on Danazol. Section from cervix. Uterus without appendages measuring 7.5 x 5.2 x 2.5cm, weighing 39g. The cervix appears normal. The myometrium is 1.8cm thick. The endometrium is 0.1cm thick. No gross abnormality is seen.

Female 93 years

Tender +++ right iliac fossa. WBC 17.1. Laparotomy - gall bladder empyema +++, pus, gall bladder encased in necrotic inflamed omentum. Gall Bladder - two pieces of gall bladder wall 95 x 50 x 20mm, up to 10mm thick.

Female 78 years

Excision of rectal mucosa. History of trauma. Rectal Tissue - mucous covered tissue measuring 11.5 x 5.5cm in area. Surface includes thickened nodular and congested areas.

Male 42 years

Previous haemangioma excised. Now recurrence, need to exclude sarcoma. Skin and Subcutaneous tissue from right deltoid region - Ellipse of skin 67 x 38 x 20mm, with a discrete pale underlying nodule measuring 18mm.

Male 72 years

Presented with epistaxis and III nerve palsy. Imaging shows mass in nasal cavity and right maxillary antrum biopsy. LCA - negative, S100, HMB45 positive. Biopsy of nasal/maxillary mass - 14mm diameter mass of pale fragments.

Male 35 years

Chronic testicular pain, post vasectomy. Epididymis measuring 15 x 10 x 8mm.

Female 73 years

Superficial mass in right breast, not attached to skin, microcalcification present - imaging category B. EMA surface positive, CD34 negative. Wide bore needle biopsy of breast - three needle cores of pale tissue up to 10mm in length.

Male 60 years

New bladder tumour. Bladder tumour - Small biopsy fragments.

Female 58 years

Skin lesion right upper arm 14 x 18mm, with pigmented margin. Slowly increasing in size for two years. Incisional biopsy of skin lesion - Triangular skin biopsy 3 x 3 x 2mm, brown towards one end.
