Pain and swelling right knee. An irregular piece of yellowish tissue 30mm maximum dimension. The surface has a papillary appearance.

Incidental finding during investigation of colorectal cancer. Left kidney unilocular cyst 17cm in upper pole. Interior is lined with nodules of fawn tissue and blood clot.
