Cystic lesion right mandible which is growing and eroding bone and teeth roots. A thin piece of tissue with an open cystic lesion at one end 23 x 8 x 8mm.

USS guided core biopsy left breast 2 x 14G. 23 mm lobulated hypoechoic mass. P3 M4 U4. Hormone receptors Er 8/8 ;PR 8/8; Her2 negative 1+.

Recurrent biliary colic. Lap cholecystectomy. Intact gallbladder 90 x 40mm. Lumen contains multiple stones. Wall measures up to 3mm. Mucosa is granular in some areas and smooth in others.

Excision of biopsy proven SCC. Oval shaped piece of skin 34 x 25 x 6 mm with a partly flat grey ulcerated lesion 21x14 mm. CD20, CD23, CD5 positive.
