5 mm white lesion right ear ?CDNH ?Sebaceous cyst. Piece of skin 5 x 3 x 2 mm.

Right ovarian mass. Normal CA125. Clear fluid drained and removed laparoscopically. Multiple irregular fragments including cyst wall, largest piece 7cm diameter. This is generally a wrinkled fibrous cyst wall lined by a shiny membrane.

Left upper pole kidney tumour. Partial nephrectomy 4 x 3.8 x 2.2 cm, 30.9 g. Circumferential round yellow tumour with central white scar 2.8 x 2.5 x 2.4 cm.

Sigmoid and rectal biopsies. Chronic diarrhoea with blood. Discrete punched out ulcers with relatively normal intervening mucosa. Swimming in sea in Thailand 2/12 ago.

Gastric polyp biopsy. Dyspepsia, Greater curve, looks like a cholesterol deposit in isolation.

Excision of recurrent lump rt thumb. Ellipse of skin measuring 24 x 11 x13 mm. The skin surface is pale, warty, firm and uneven in the central area measuring 15 x 11mm. Slicing reveals a multilocular cystic appearance containing pale and firm slightly viscous material. S100 +ve.

Cervical polyp. PMB. Polypoid tissue 23 x 15 x 12mm.
