Transverse colon lesion biopsies. Malignant appearing lesion in the transverse colon. CD15- CD20- CD30+ CD79+/- IRF4+ LMP-1+ OCT-2- PAX-5+.

Large vascular right broad ligament fibroid. Subserosal uterine fibroid 170 x 100 x 100mm. Firm white cut surface, small yellow areas.

Solid tumour arising from Sinus tarsi, soft tissue biopsy, left foot. An irregular mass measuring 40 x 32 x 20mm. The cut surface is tan and yellow.

Skin, right side upper back - excision biopsy. 4/12 history of nodular lesion. Static in size. Excised. ?Pigmented BCC.

?ischaemic small bowel. Small bowel 55cm, dusky serosa, numerous cystic spaces in wall.

Left testicular mass. Firm, white well-circumscribed nodule 6mm in upper part of testis. Confined to testis. Calretinin, WT1, AE1/3 +ve. Inhibin, CD30, Oct 3/4, AFP -ve.

Right fallopian tube. Bilateral hydrosalpinges and ?superficial endometriosis. Two pieces of tissue 5 x 4.8 x 1.8mm and staple-clamped tissue 4.2 x 2.2 x 4.5mm. Mucosa shows yellow granular surface. Fimbriae definitely not found.

Female 44 years

Left stand alone SLNB, hot and blue. Awaiting to have mastectomy. Lymph node including fat 17 x 10 x 7mm. Cut surface of lymph node shows partial blue staining. Positive for S100 and MelanA.

Female 71 years

Solitary papilloma left post auricular. Skin 4 x 3 x 3mm.

Male 57 years

Left-sided nasal septal warty lesion. Multiple polypoid pieces of tissue, 27mm in maximum dimension.

Female 30 years

Left breast lump. Stopped breast feeding 10 months ago. Nodule of pale tissue weighing 7g and measuring 40 x 30 x up to 17mm. Slicing reveals two cystic areas, containing pale soft cheesy material and yellow fluid.

Female 74 years

Bowel cancer screening specimen. Sigmoid polyp, 1p, 10mm, EMR, hot snare, en bloc. Lobulated pale and tan polyp measuring 17 x 15 x 10mm with an attached stalk 32mm in length and 7mm diameter. C-KIT and DOG-1 negative.
